Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCHARLES (CHUCK) MICHAEL MCKENZIE Charles Michael McKenzie (Chuck), born June 30, 1956 (Winnipeg) passed quietly in his Tennessee home July 30, 2003 after a heroic battle with cancer. He leaves behind his wife and companion of 20 years (Anne-Marie) loving daughter (Mary-Anne) parents, (Dorothy and Ed) siblings, (Marna, Joan, Jim), and eight nieces and nephews. Chuck graduated Cum Laude from Wichita State University (1981) with a bachelors degree in Aeronautical Engineering and went on to working at Bristol Aerospace for 17 years. Chuck returned to school at the University of Manitoba for his MBA and graduated as class Valedictorian (1998). Once joining Standard Aero Inc. (1999) Chuck was promoted and transferred to Maryville, Tennessee where he assumed the position of Vice-President of Standard Aero Alliance. Chuck was a lover of life and people. Active and athletic, he touched the hearts of everyone he met. Though his life was cut short, it was full of love, laughter, and friendships. All those who knew Chuck will truly miss him. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Christ the King Church, 847 St. Marys Road on August 5 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Fr. Renato Pasinato officiating.
