ZENON SAWCHUK Zenon (Buck) Sawchuk died peacefully on August 19, 2003 in Surrey, B.C. Zenon was born on August 1, 1922, the son of the late Reverend and Mrs. S. W. Sawchuk. He was raised and educated in Winnipeg, Man. He served with the Royal Canadian Navy during World War II. Zenon will be sadly missed by his sisters, brothers, extended family and friends. Fear no more the heat o the sun, Not the furious winters rages; Thou thy worldly task has done, Home art gone, and taen thy wages; Golden lads and girls all must, As chimney-sweepers, come to dust.
