LILLIAN ROSE BREWER "A Rose Blooms in Gods Garden" On September 7, 2003, Lillian Brewer age 39, passed away at the Grace Hospital. She is survived by her mother Olive; sisters, Shirley (Dennis) Patricia (Cameron), and Helen (Wes) nephews, William and Nathan. Lillian was predeceased by her father William in 1993. Lillian was a most loving daughter, sister and friend, often caring and performing acts of kindness in spite of her own illness. Lillian leaves behind her many friends, including a very special friend Joanne Swenson and Mrs. Major Grice, who was like a grandmother to her. She also leaves behind her precious cat, Yo-Yo. Viewing will be held on Wednesday, September 10 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 11 at 2:00 p.m. at The Salvation Army Heritage Park Temple, 825 School Rd, Winnipeg, MB R2Y 0S8 with Lt. Col. Maxwell Ryan officiating. Interment to follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Salvation Army Heritage Park Temple.
