CHRISTINE DOROTHY BUTCHER (nee HALLDORSON) Born February 16, 1917, Arborg, MB, died November 11, 2003, West Vancouver, BC. Predeceased by Reginald, her loving husband of 60 years. Christine is survived by her three daughters, Sharon (Jerry), Bonnie (Paul), Donna (Toivo) and son Joseph; sister Lue Hewitt, seven grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Christine was a cherished mother and grandmother. Her indomitable Icelandic spirit remained with her throughout her life until her last hour. She left quietly and peacefully with great beauty and dignity. She will always be with us.
