Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySTEPHEN MICHAEL NORGROVE Suddenly on December 16, 2003 at home in his 82nd year. Predeceased by his wife Margaret in 1985 and by his long-time companion Margaret Sinclair in 2002. He is survived by his daughter Sheryle; his son Mick (Marilyn) and his beloved grandchildren, Kristen (Alex) and Gregory (Teresa). Dad (grandpa) was born in East Finchley, England and was grateful of the opportunity to service his country as a Royal Air Force pilot during the Second World War and as a flying instructor at Carberry, MB during the war. He was also grateful of his opportunity to become a Canadian citizen and of the chance to prove himself and to have a fulfilled and successful career at the Hudsons Bay Company. Dad (grandpa) will be remembered for his desire to experience and enjoy life and for all he gave to his many friends and the charitable organizations he served. He will also be remembered for his love of animals. He will be greatly missed and remembered by his many golfing friends at Southwood Golf and Country Club. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 20 at 2:00 p.m. at Fort Garry United Church, 800 Point Rd. A friend of the family, Mrs. Cathy Kinsman, will be leading the memorial service. A reception will follow at 3:00 p.m. at Southwood Golf and Country Club, 101 Markham Rd. If friends wish, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made either to a charity that is very dear to dad (grandpa), The Winnipeg Childrens Hospital or to a charity of your choice in his remembrance. Dad (grandpa) is greatly missed by his family and although he is no longer physically with us, his spirit and love lives on in his children and grandchildren.
