DENNIS RONALD PUKALO September 16, 1949 - December 24, 2003 It is with great sorrow that the family announce the sudden passing of Dennis Pukalo, beloved son and brother on December 24, 2003 at the Foothills General Hospital in Calgary, AB. Dennis leaves to mourn his passing his wife Bridgette, daughter Elizabeth (Trevor) and two grandchildren in Calgary, his father Mike Pukalo of Birds Hill/St. Clements, brother Michael (Ellen) of Beausejour, sister Darlene Nykoluk (Bruce) of Winnipeg, brother-in-law John Dickson of Libau as well as several nieces and nephews. Dennis was predeceased by his mother Blanche in 1995 and his sister Sherry Dickson in 2002. Dennis was raised in the Birds Hill and St. Clements area where his father farmed. He attended Dr. Hamilton and Robert Andrews Schools and graduated from River East Collegiate. His first job was with The Canadian Wheat Board in Winnipeg and after a few years in the working world he headed out west looking for greener pastures. He settled in Calgary, where he met his wife, raised his family and made Calgary his home for the last 30 years. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on January 3, 2004 in the chapel.
