Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMONIQUE PREFONTAINE 1941 - 2004 It is with deep sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Monique at her home on Saturday, January 17, 2004. Monique will be lovingly remembered by her husband Gilbart Laurencelle; son Troy Milne (Sheri) and granddaughter Miranda; Lisa Laurencelle (James) and grandchildren, Oliver and Charlotte; Daniel Laurencelle (Susan). Left also to cherish her memory are her mother Eveline; her brothers and sisters, Marc (Eva), Luc (Ida), Claire, Jean, Beatrice (Eugene), Leo (Jocelyne), Rachelle, Janine (Kevin), Gisele (Ray), Irene (Harold) as well as many nieces, nephews, friends and the Laurencelle family. Monique was predeceased by son Todd and father Victor. Recently retired, Monique was a devoted nurse at Tache Nursing Centre, where she spent 20 years of her career. Life was her passion, always living it to its fullest. She had a love for gardening, as well as entertaining, cooking, redecorating, and most importantly, enjoying her time with her grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 21 at 2:00 p.m. at the St. Pierre Roman Catholic Church, St. Pierre, MB. As an expression of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted or for those who wish, donations may be made for Scleroderma Research to the Arthritis Society, Suite 105 - 386 Broadway, Winnipeg, MB R3C 3R6.
