TREVOR DAVID TILLETT With great sadness we announce the passing of Trevor Tillett, aged 37, after a lengthy battle with cancer. He was predeceased by his father Les in 1979 and grandparents, Clifford and Edna Tillett and Martha Deveylder. He leaves to mourn his loss, his young sons, Leslie and Thane; mother Irene; brother Grant (Myra) relatives, Marge Warr, daughter Cori (Terry), Wally and Rolande Knockaert, daughters, Brenda (Thomas), Donna (Barry), Brian and Donna Rae Knockaert, sons, Jeff (Michelle), Joel (Julie), Gordon Tillett, Linda (Henry) Parisien, Ericia, special friend Judy and numerous cousins and friends. Trevor attended Victor Major School and Glenlawn Collegiate, graduating in 1984. During his career years, Trevor worked with a travelling carnival, was a shipper/receiver at Zellers and a security guard at Safeway stores and the Manitoba Museum. In his short life, Trevor became a very talented, accomplished artist, creating exceptional artwork. Trevor combined his interests in history and fantasy into all of his artwork. From a young age, Trevor was involved in body building and later enjoyed the sport of boxing. Trevor shared his love of games and movies with his sons, Leslie and Thane and best friend and cousin Joel. These four spent many enjoyable hours together. Trevors greatest love was his family and most especially his sons. Being a single Dad, Trevor devoted himself entirely to his children. They were his greatest treasure. A funeral service celebrating Trevors life will be held on Thursday, February 19 at 1:00 p.m. in the Morrow Gospel Church, 755 St. Annes Rd. Interment will be held at a later date. The family extends a special thank you to the staff of St. Boniface Hospital and all Trevors friends for the care and kindness given to Trevor. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Trevors memory to a charity of choice. The Coutu family in care of arrangements: EDWARD J. COUTU LTD. 680 Archibald Street 253-5086
