EVELYN BEATRICE McIVOR (LUNDY) Peacefully on Saturday, April 3, 2004, at Tuxedo Villa Personal Care Home, Mom passed away. She was born September 7, 1910 to Ethel and William Lundy in the District of Lily Bay, MB. Mom had a sister and three brothers. She moved to Winnipeg at an early age and married Colin McIvor on June 15, 1935. They had two children, Alvin and Marlene. Mom is survived by her son Alvin (Evelyn) her brother Glen Lundy; three grandchildren, Greg, Shelly and Tammy; and two great-grandchildren, Kerri and Robyn. She was predeceased by her husband Colin; her daughter Marlene (Kittle) sister Connie (Parker) brothers, George and Clarence. Mom and dad lived all their lived in Winnipeg and belonged to Charleswood United Church. Mom also belonged to the Rebekah Lodge, Olive Branch No. 1. She was a "Stay at Home Mom". Mom enjoyed bowling, shuffleboard and travelling but only with Dad. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 13 at 11:00 a.m. in the Charleswood United Church, 4820 Roblin Blvd. The family would like to thank Lily and Al Richardson who were very special friends to Mom and to all the relatives and friends who visited and called her when she was unable to get out. Also a special thanks to the staff at Tuxedo Villa who showed so much care and compassion.
