Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGEORGE THOMPSON On Sunday, July 18, 2004, George passed away peacefully at Riverview Health Centre at the age of 79 years. George was predeceased by his beloved wife Yvonne (2000) and his stepson Wayne (1989). Dad will be truly missed by his son Darwin (Sherry) stepdaughter Sandie (Randy) sister Rhonda; and brother Les; grandchildren, Tina (Rob), Christopher, Trevor, Nicole, Monique, Carley and Ashley; great-grandchildren, Brayden and Tyler; and a special brother-in-law Allan. George will always be remembered for his huge vegetable garden in the back yard where he could always be found and for listening to his fiddle music. His other passions were farming and his love for cows. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the care givers at the Riverview Health Centre for taking such good care of dad for the past three years. A celebration of Georges life will be held on Thursday, July 22 at 7:00 p.m. in the Edward J. Coutu Funeral Chapel, 680 Archibald St. Rest now Dad, youre together again with mom.
