KATHERINE (KAY) RALKE January 28, 1907 - August 2, 2004 We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great grandmother on the morning of August 2, 2004. Mom is survived by her daughter Dorothy Kirsch; sons, Fred (Vera), Bob (Lillian) Ralke; grandchildren, Bob (Terry), Darren, Ron (Liana), Dana (Evan), Ryan (Sherry), Kathy (Bob) great-grandchildren, Sara, Robyn, Jason, Christopher, Dylan, Cory, Taryn, Jade, Tyler, Brittany; great-great-granddaughter Taylor; sisters-in-law, Anna Ralkie and Olga Dedick; and several nieces and nephews. Mom was predeceased by our Dad (Fred Sr.) in 1973; son Kenneth Ralke in 1994; granddaughter Theresa in 1961; grandson Douglas Ralke in 1998; and son-in-law Victor Kirsch 1998. Mom will be remembered for her excellent meals and baking, her knitting, crocheting, especially the tablecloths she crocheted for the daughters-in-law, and the needlepoint pictures that hang on our walls. The brothers Fred, Bob and families, would like to thank our sister, Dorothy, for giving up her time and part of her life for the last 14 years to take care of Mom. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you. Memorial service will take place at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. on Friday, August 6 at 11:00 a.m., with Rev. Bill Lehman officiating. Interment of the cremated remains will take place at Brookside Cemetery.
