BERTIL L. POLSON October 3, 1924 - August 1, 2004 It is with sadness we announce the passing of Bertil Polson at the age of 79. Remaining to cherish his memory is his wife of 25 years, Margaret; his daughter Linda and family; his brothers, Eric (Hilda) and Jim (Muriel). Also, his extended family, stepdaughter Florence (John), step-son Bill (Anne) and many step-grandchildren, nieces and nephews here at home and also in England and Australia. He was predeceased by his parents, Alma and Carl; his brother Roy; and grandson Craig. Bert spent 32 years working at the C.N.R. and will be fondly remembered for the many stories he liked to tell. He loved to chat! Country music was his love. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 9 at St. Michaels and All Angels Church, 300 Hugo St. at 11:00 a.m. Private interment to follow. May he rest in peace. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the St. Michaels and All Angels Church, 300 Hugo St., Winnipeg, MB R3M 2Z7.
