CLEMENCE THOMPSON With her family by her side on Monday, November 15, 2004 in her residence in Camperville, MB, Clemence Thompson gracefully began her restful journey into her new life. Clemence was born August 7, 1931 at Pine Creek, MB, the daughter of Joseph and Florence Moreau (nee Neapew). She grew up in both Pine Creek and Camperville, MB. She married Jim Thompson on May 8, 1951 in Duck Bay, MB. They settled in Camperville where they created a home for their family. Family life had been an important part of Clemences life. Clemence was known to be an excellent homemaker and loving housewife. She spent many years outdoors with her husband on the trapline, camping and logging. She took great pleasure in cooking, baking, blueberry picking, sewing and spending time with her family. Love was an essential part of everthing that she did. Clemence leaves to cherish her memory her loving family, daughter Doreen and her children, Sheila, Gerry, Bill, Jeff, Frank of Swan River, MB; son Norman (Mary) and their children, Teresa, Gilbert, Audrey, Robert, Anthony, Rodney, Sarah, Valene and Norma Jean of Pine Creek, MB; son Dennis (Marilyn) and their children, Jenny, Mandy, Tammy, Dennis, James and Louie of Pine River, MB; daughter Maryann (Ernie) and their children, Leslie, Lana, Jessica, Marley, Kerri and Larissa of Camperville, MB; their daughter Gloria (Craig) and her children, Robbie, Garry and Reena of Winnipeg, MB; daughter Maureen (Wayne) and her children Amy, Earl, Greg, Harley, Tegan and Ashton of Yorkton, SK; son Winston of Calgary, AB; son Morris (Margaret) and their children, Shianne, Chantel and Morris Jr. of Pine Creek, MB; son Glen (Chastity) and children, Samantha, Jocelyn, Glen Jr., Bridgette, Anne and Tyler of Dauphin, MB; daughter Lorie and her children, Gabriel, Gavin, Ebony and Jade of Winnipeg, MB; daughter Florence (Joe) and their children, Desmond and Joe James of Pine Creek, MB; daughter Shirley (Kenny) and their children, Cassidy and Hayden of Camperville, MB; daughter Joanne of Winnipeg, MB; 38 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. To embrace her in her new life are her husband Jim Thompson; her parents, Joseph and Florence Moreau; sister Domitilde; son Gary and great-grandson Rhett Boyechko. Funeral services will be held at the Our Lady of Seven Sorrows Church in Camperville, MB on Saturday, November 20 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will take place in the parish cemetery.
