ALVIN CHARLES RATTAI Suddenly, on Sunday November 21, 2004 Al Charles Rattai went home to be with the Lord. Al Charles was born in St. Ouens (Beausejour) MB, on July 21, 1932. He resided on the family farm until October 2001 at which time he relocated to Oak Bank, MB. He worked at Atomic Energy in Pinawa, MB until his retirement in 1991. He had a great love for life and his family and will be greatly missed by his wife of 42 years Lavina; son Shawn (Louise) daughter Pamela (Jack Gann) cherished grandchildren, Elyssa, Julia and Nathaniel Rattai, and baby Asher Gann. He is survived by his three sisters, Grace (Abe) Krahn, Donna (James) Storsely, Sharon (Ralph) Dickinson; and one brother Gerald (Arlene) Rattai. He was predeceased by his father Adolph (1988) mother Magdalena (January 2004) and infant grand-daughter, Victoria (2002). Funeral service will be held at Covenant Christian Reform Church, 653 Knowles Ave. on Friday, November 26 with viewing at 10:00 a.m. and service to follow at 11:00 am.
