DOROTHY L. BURROWS It is with sadness we announce the passing of Dorothy Burrows on Saturday, December 11, 2004, three days short of her 96th birthday at her home for the last four years. She was predeceased by her loving husband Edward Burrows and her sister Kathleen Haynes. She will be missed by her nephew Bill Ayres (Beverley), of Pinawa, their family and her dear friend, Eileen Hopkins (Jim). Dorothy lived in the West End of Winnipeg all her life. Along with her husband she enjoyed music and choir work, summers camping and fishing in the Whiteshell and winter in Texas and Arizona. A celebration of her life will be held at Calvary Place, 1525 Erin St., Winnipeg, on December 13, at 7:00 p.m. Interment of her ashes will take place at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, along the side of her husband, at a later date.
