She was predeceased by her husband Ambrosia in 1978. She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughters, Generosa and Imelda of Winnipeg; grandchildren, Marvin and Queenie; numerous other relatives and friends in the Philippines. Lamay will be held on Saturday, January 15 and Monday, January 17 from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight at Knysh Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main St. (Prayers being said 8:00 p.m. on Saturday).
