ELSIE GERTUDE BEESKAU Peacefully on February 17, 2005, Elsie Gertrude Beeskau (Trudy) passed away at the Victoria General Hospital at the age of 90. She is lovingly remembered by her three daughters, Margaret Beeskau, Dorothy Schwabe, and Shirley Benson; three grandchildren, Cheryl (Rene), Colleen (Jason), and George Jr. (Melody); five great-grandchildren, Kyle, Lukas, Cameron, Matthew, and Daniel; her brother, Eddy (Millie), and sisters, Erna and Theresa (Fred). She has gone to Heaven to join her husband, Herman, who passed away in July, 1979. Mom will always be remembered for her love of flowers and gardening, and her pride and joy of creating a comfortable home. Friends and family loved to stop in and visit from all over. They were always made to feel very welcome. One of Mom's passions was her needlework. She would spend hours tatting and crocheting for everyone. She lived life to the fullest. She had just returned from England a week prior to her passing where she got to see the arrival of her fifth great-grandson. Mom, you will always be remembered and lovingly missed. You were always so good to us. Loved forever, rest in peace. Funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 20 at 3:30 pm at Sobering Funeral Chapel, Beausejour, Manitoba.
