MARLENE EDMONDS (nee THREADKILL) November 13, 1936 - June 25, 2005 Suddenly in her home on Saturday, June 25, 2005 after a lengthy battle with cancer, the family announces the passing of Marlene B. Threadkill at the age of 68 years. Remaining to cherish Marlene's memory are her husband James Edmonds; brother Jim Threadkill; step brother Reg Proust in San Francisco; her step children Ron (Melanie), Shirley Olson (Jim), Cindy and Kelly (Lorraine). She will also be missed by her 9 grand children, good friend Marg Joyal (Winnipeg) and Dean (Vancouver) as well as numerous friends and cousins. Marlene spent most of her 35 year career at Eaton's downtown in the Mail Order and Credit Office. In compliance with Marlene's wishes no formal service will be held.
