Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPEARL DAPHNE LOUISE NIKKEL (nee MUSHETTE) Pearl Daphne Louise Nikkel (nee Mushette) of Brandon, beloved wife of Herman, passed away peacefully at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Sunday, August 28, 2005, at the age of 81 years, after a courageous battle with cancer. A service of remembrance will be held at St. Matthew's Anglican Cathedral, 403-13th Street, Brandon, MB, on Thursday, September 1 at 1:00 p.m. with The Very Rev. Robin Walker officiating. Private family interment to follow at the Brandon Cemetery. All those attending will be considered honorary pallbearers. Many thanks to the nurses and staff in the Palliative Care Unit at Assiniboine Centre for their kind and compassionate care during her last days. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Pearl may be made to the Brandon Regional Health Centre Foundation (Palliative Care/Cancer Services), 150 McTavish Ave. E., Brandon, MB R7A 2B3.
