CHARLES BUCKET 1930 - 2005 Peacefully on September 20, 2005, surrounded by his family, Charles' soul slipped away from us to be with his Maker. Charles joins his parents Gerard and Eva. He is survived by his loving sister, Agnes Moodie (Gimli, MB); his nieces Dianne Gold and Linda Pawliuk (Winnipeg, MB), nephew Gerald Moodie (Toronto, ON), many great-nieces and nephews and a very special friend Loreen De Clercq. Charles lived all his life in St. Boniface and of late resided in St. Peter and Paul Manor. He liked to take short trips, play cards and dance on our toes. Charles was an active member of Holy Cross Parish, the Belgium Club and the Knights of Columbus. Charles had a passion for accounting matters and worked all his life in this field. Therefore, in his retirement he volunteered his services to these organizations. Our family would like to express our appreciation to the staff of the Tuxedo Villa for the loving care they gave Charlie and us. Charlie fought a courageous battle and will be greatly missed by so many. As per Charlie's request cremation has taken place. Please join us in a celebration of his life which will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 27 at Holy Cross Church, 252 Dubuc St. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to a charity of your choice. The Desjardins Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements 233-4949; toll free 1-888-233-4949.
