BERNIE LANG Bernie passed away suddenly on September 25, 2005 at St. Boniface Hospital. He will be sadly missed by his wife Rissa; children, Shaun and Ashley; brother Sherman (Ida); sister Gertrude (Jim); in-laws, Lottie and Aaron Sinaisky; brother-in-law Sydney (Tobye); sister-in-law Pat; many nieces and nephews; and his beloved dog Desi. Bernie was a very friendly and outgoing person who loved to tell jokes and make people happy. He made many friends over the years. Funeral services took place at the Hebrew Sick Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

My sympathies to the Lang family. I had the pleaure of working with Bernie at the casino. I will miss his visits on the weekends, he always had a story to make me laugh. I am so sorry to hear about Bernie's passing. He certainly made me smile either at Blue Cross, Sobey's, Price Chopper's or anywhere I happened to run into him and Rizza. I was so saddened to hear about Bernie's passing. I'll always remember him as a man with a smile and a joke for everyone.
