CATHERINE ROSE-ANNE MOORE JARVIS Born June 21, 1945 in Winnipeg, MB (Southside Transcona), our beloved wife, mother and grandmother, Catherine Jarvis, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 21, 2005 at 3:00 p.m., after a courageous battle with many illnesses. Catherine will be deeply missed by many and leaves to mourn and cherish her memory husband Alan (Scotty) Jarvis; sons and daughters-in-law, Kirby and Loretta Richter, Stacey and Trudy Richter; grandchildren, Alexander Richter, Michal Richter, Sarah Richter and Anika Richter. She was predeceased by her parents, Arthur and Cecelia Moore, her grandson Nathan, her only sibling Arthur Moore and her best friend (her dog) Duke. Catherine took great pleasure in many art projects, in particular needlepoint and cooking. She loved to experiment with new recipes on family members. She was very creative, imaginative, clever and organized in her endeavours and exhibited remarkable intuition. Catherine, you loved us with your whole self, always ready to give a little bit more when it came to us, your family and your friends. Please know how much we love you and how much we will miss you. May your memory be eternal and your soul rest in peace. Funeral service to be held on Tuesday, October 25 at 3:00 p.m. at the Transcona Funeral Chapel, 1800 Day St. A private family interment will be held at a later date. Flowers gratefully declined. • Quite a shock to open today's paper ... had no idea Cathy's health had deteriorated so much. I know she had suffered a great deal though, so at least that is over for her. Know you will all miss her terribly. - Posted by: Pat & Dave Allan (Friend) on: Oct 24, 2005
