ROBERT (BOB) CHENIER July 9, 1954 - October 29, 2005 Coming as a great shock to all who knew and loved him, Bob passed away on October 29, 2005 at the St. Boniface Palliative Care in Winnipeg, surrounded by his loving family. He was a beloved son of Paul and Betty, loving brother to Diane, Ray, Guy and Paul and uncle to Jennifer and Jeffery. One of Bob's passions was baseball. He loved to play and watch the sport. He also loved to watch hockey and to spend time with friends and family. He always had a good sense of humour, and could always be depended upon to give a helping hand. Bob will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 4 at Green Acres Funeral Home, No. 1 Hwy. E. @ Navin Road. Interment of cremated remains will follow in Green Acres Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Bob's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Manitoba Division, 193 Sherbrook Street, Winnipeg, R3C 2B7.
