ESTHER W. SHONOSKI Peacefully, on Wednesday November 2, 2005, at the Health Sciences Centre, Esther Shonoski passed away with her family and friends by her side at the age of 74 years. Esther was predeceased by her husband Edward Shonoski, and her faithful companion Buffer in August 2005. Lovingly remembered by her children, David (Donna), Joyce Miller (Rick), Wally (Coco), Grace (Rene) Desbois, Terry (Shelley); 16 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, sister Helen Wilks of Ontario, brother Norman Windecker of BC and her close friend Darlene Roberts. Esther was mom to all who knew her. Her faith in Jesus was strong. She will be sadly missed by her family. A celebration of Esther's life will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 9, Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. Interment will be held in the family plot at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. Special thanks are extended to Dr. Kim Wiebe and staff in the M.I.C.U. at Health Sciences Centre for their compassionate care.
