BERNICE JORDAN (BRACHMAN) (nee KRAWCHUK) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bernice Jordan (Brachman) of Calgary, AB on November 4, 2005 at the age of 77 years. Bernice was born in the Western Ukraine on November 2, 1928 and had lived in Winnipeg Beach and later, Winnipeg. She was predeceased by her husband Harold Brachman, her parents, Steve and Ann Krawchuk, a sister Marie Lawrence and her second husband Frank Jordan. She leaves surviving her sister Joyce (Walter) Wasylnuk, a brother Ed (Heidi) Krawchuk, a niece Nancy (Richard), a nephew Craig (Dorothy) and many other relatives. Prayers will be said on Wednesday, November 9 at 7:00 p.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 10 at 10:30 a.m. also in the chapel with Pastor Stan Richards officiating. Interment will follow in the South Foley Cemetery. Special thanks to the staff at the Lougheed Hospital in Calgary for making her very comfortable in her last days. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements.
