WILLIAM (BILL) E. POWER 1922 - 2005 On Sunday, November 6, 2005, William Bill Power of Winnipeg, passed away at the Grace General Hospital, at the age of 83 years. Remaining to cherish his memory are his son Paul (Janice) of Chicago, IL; and a daughter Suzette Kelly of Centreville, MD. Bill was predeceased by his wife Aldora M. Power.
