James was born in Coatbridge, Lanarkshire, Scotland on July 27, 1928. He will be greatly missed by his wife of 53 years Barbara along with his family and many friends. Memorial service will be held Wednesday, November 30, 7:00 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 937 Gateway Rd., Winnipeg, MB. Private interment. Arrangements by Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler Ave., Winnipeg.
