OLGA NAHERNY (RURYK) Peacefully, on November 24, 2005, I (Walter) am sad to announce that the love of my life and the mother of our two children passed away. Olga was predeceased by her parents Maria and Dmytro and her brother William. Olga is survived by her husband of 45 years, Walter and her two children, Patricia and Rick (Joanne) and her special pussy cat named Pussy. Olga was born in Winnipeg on July 29, 1935, attended Faraday and Isaac Newton Schools and married Walter in 1960. Olga worked for Kipp Kelly until 1966 and then devoted her life to her family. She lived for her children and could never do enough for them. She always put the needs of others ahead of her own no matter how tired she was feeling and always wanted to do more. She always worried about everyone else's health more than her own health. Olga fought a brave battle with cancer over the last 4 years and rarely complained about the intense pain caused by this disease. She will be sadly missed. Prayers will be said on Thursday, December 1 at 7:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 2 at 10:00 a.m. also at the Chapel with Rev. Fr. E. Hafichuk officiating. Interment to follow at All Saints Cemetery. A special thanks to the caregivers at Concordia Hospital. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to a charity of choice. TILL WE MEET AGAIN. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
