Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOSHINDER (JOSH) SINGH GREWAL With heavy hearts and great sorrow, we announce the untimely passing of Joshinder (Josh) Singh Grewal at the age of 20 on December 4, 2005. Beginning his life with a smile on March 13, 1985, Josh was born in Winnipeg, MB. Josh grew up in the city, graduating from Sisler High School in 2003 with honours. Then went onto University of Manitoba where he was pursuing his post-secondary education. Josh was an avid sports fan who enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Josh's charismatic personality and easygoing nature won the hearts of those around him. He was admired by everyone; uplifting their spirits with his mere presence. He will always be remembered for his optimistic nature, his compassionate heart, his bright eyes and a smile that never faded. He leaves to mourn his loving father, Gurmit, his loving mother Baljit and his baby brother Tejwinder (T.J.). Also his Naniji Jasbir Kaur Brar, his Mamaji Baldev and family, Mamaji Karamjit and family, Tayaji Gurdeep and family, Tayaji Rajinder and family, Fufurji Jung Singh and family, Taiji Amarjit and family, Fufurji Harbans Takhar and family, Masiji Surinderpal with Masarji Gurmail Singh Dhaliwal (India) and family, Masiji Baldev and family (USA). Also numerous relatives, nieces, nephews, friends and co-workers. Everyone will cherish their memories of Josh. The Grewal family and relatives express their sympathy to Robert Machynia's family; Josh's friend, also lost in this tragedy. Prayers with viewing will take place on Sunday, December 11 at 2:00 p.m. at Thomson In The Park Funeral Home and Cemetery, 1291 McGillivray Blvd. Followed by final prayers and services at 4:30 p.m. at Sikh Society Gurudwara, 1244 Mollard Road, Winnipeg, MB.
