VERNA MARIE ROSE BOUVIER October 27, 1949 - December 27, 2005 After a long battle with cancer, and meeting all obstacles in her way Verna willingly and peacefully left her troubles behind in this world. As always in her heart her daughters were by her side. Left to mourn her, are her mother Rolande St. Pierre; her daughters, Celeste Caverley, Brent and Grace Caverley; Solange Bouvier and Lea Coston; Chantalle Bouvier and Robert Dandeneau; her beloved sisters, Dories Trippier; Andrea and Robert Bouvier; Virginia Bouvier and Clive Scholfield; Anita Rowan and Wendell Grant. Verna was predeceased by her father Aime St. Pierre. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, December 30 at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. (south of the Royal Canadian Mint) with a viewing half an hour prior to service. A gathering of family and friends will follow in the reception centre. Mom would like to thank all the special people involved in her care. Her friends Lisa, Lloyd and Donald. Her home care workers, Sue and Gail. Her CancerCare staff, Dr. Veejay, Kim, Jamie and Orit. In lieu of flowers mom would like any donations to be made to The Cancer Foundation of Manitoba.
