PHYLLIS MAY SZMADYLA (nee SHIER) Passed away on December 23, 2005 at the age of 79 years. She was predeceased by daughter Ruth Szmadyla, mother Edith Kennington and father Wilbur Shier. Phyllis is survived by sons, Edward (Lena), Leslie (Jena) and Sidney (Gloria); 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; numerous other family and friends. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 28 at 10:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Phyllis's memory to CancerCare Manitoba.
