JACOB GOLDBERG Jacob Goldberg, aged 83, passed away peacefully on January 24, 2006 at his residence at the Simkin Centre. He leaves to mourn his daughter Marli and brother Morris (Rita), sisters-in-law, Gwen and Sally, brother-in-law Charlie (Gertie) Frankelson and numerous nieces and nephews. Jacob was a kind-hearted, quiet man and his great sense of humour will be missed. The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the staff of the Simkin Centre for the compassionate care given to Jacob during his stay there. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association. Funeral service will be held at the Shaarey Zedek Synagogue, 561 Wellington Cres. at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, January 26.
