EMILIA (EMILY) BORYS Peacefully on February 4, 2006, our dearest Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother passed away with her family at her side at the Maples Personal Care Home at the age of 98. Emily was born in Zalesie, Poland and came to Canada in 1948. Emily was predeceased by her husband Edward, her son Paul, his wife Irene and her grandson Jason of Winnipeg. Also by her parents Zofia and Kazimierz and her brother Jozef and sister Mania in Poland. She leaves to mourn her passing and cherish her memory, her son Eugene (Gienia) and grandson David of Welland, ON and her granddaughter Susan (Adam) and great-granddaughter Ava of Ottawa. Her daughter Stasia (Hugh) and grandson Bill of Regina and granddaughter Teresa (Steven) and great-grandson Nicholas of Calgary. Also her favourite granddaughter Cindy (John) and great-grandchildren Dayna and Dylan of Stony Mountain. Her grandson Brad (Denise) and great-grandchildren, Tyson and Chantel of Winnipeg. For many years they looked after their beloved Babcia. Family would like to extend special thanks to the staff of the Maples Personal Care Home for their care and kindness. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, February 8 at 10:30 a.m. with Visitation prior at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Church, 341 Selkirk Ave. An Oblate Father will preside. Interment will follow in Holy Ghost Cemetery. Flowers gratefully declined. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
