Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBRUCE GERALD PRITCHARD June 1, 1952 - February 11, 2006 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bruce Gerald Pritchard. Bruce leaves to mourn his wife Noreen (nee Cleutinx) of 19 years; son Stephen (Leah), grandchildren, Jocelyn, Austin and Chloe; daughter Angela, granddaughter Hannah; Dawna (Chris), grandson Kyle. He is survived by his mother Myrtle Pritchard of Carman; father Gerald Pritchard of Morden; siblings Cheryl of Victoria, BC, Murray (Lori) of Roland, MB and Gary (Betty) of Carseland, AB; father-in-law Marcel (Gerarda) Cleutinx of Swan Lake, MB; brother-in-law Glen; sisters-in-law Darlene (Gord) Cleutinx and Roxann (Jack) Cleutinx; numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Bruce was predeceased by his mother-in-law Yvonne Cleutinx of Swan Lake, MB in 1982. Although Bruce lived most of his life in Winnipeg, he was born in Carman and raised on a farm in Roland attending school in both communities. Following an accident in June 2005 that left him a quadriplegic, Bruce was hospitalized at the Health Sciences Centre until his passing. Bruce's greatest passions were his grandchildren, socializing with family and friends over Tim Horton's coffee, his love for Poplar Bay and fishing. A special thanks to all the staff at HSC/Rehab that went above and beyond the call for Bruce during his 8 month stay. The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to everyone for their visits, unwavering support and friendship. Viewing 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 15 at Bardal Funeral Chapel, 843 Sherbrook St. Funeral service 1:00 p.m. Thursday, February 16 at St. Mary's Road United Church, 613 St. Mary's Rd. with Rev. Russell Wardell officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Bruce to the Canadian Paraplegic Association, 825 Sherbrook Winnipeg, MB R3A 1M5 or to a charity of one's choice.
