Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGEORGE PRINCE On Sunday, June 11, 2006, at the Health Sciences Center, Mr. George Prince passed away at the age of 64. George was predeceased by his mom Lena, four brothers and two sisters. He leaves to mourn his passing long time friend Valerie; two children, Chris (Chrissy) Prince and Georgina (baby) Smith; his dad Ronald Prince; two sisters Mary and Helen; four grandchildren, Brittany, Austin, Amber and Joshua; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. George was born in Scanterbury on June 25, 1941. He worked on the Reserve as a carpenter until moving to Winnipeg. George loved spending time with his children and his favorite past time was playing his guitar. The family would like to thank Dr. Lisa Miller and staff at HSC for their compassion and caring. Prayers will be held on Thursday, June 15, at 6:00 p.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk with Pastor Dave Sinclair officiating. A graveside service will take place on Friday, June 16 at 3:15 p.m. in the Brookside Cemetery, Winnipeg. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements.
