Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRICHARD (DICK) BOULAY November 22, 1917 - October 3, 2006 After a brief illness, on Tuesday, October 3, 2006, Richard passed away. Richard leaves to mourn his passing his best friend and the love of his life, Doris; his constant companion, his dog Brandy; his daughter Pamela Lambert (Gary); his two sons, Edward (Dianne) and Douglas (Carol); seven grandchildren and four great-granddaughters; one brother Philip (Lorraine); one niece and four nephews. Richard served in the R.C.A.F. from 1943 to 1946. He belonged to the Royal Canadian Legion, St. Vital Branch #16. He worked for CAE Electronics for many years. Then the Liquor Commission till he retired in 1986. Cremation has taken place. In accordance with Richard's wishes, there will be no service. Should friends so desire, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba or a charity of one's choice.
