JOSE BOTELHO Peacefully, on January 8, 2007, with his family and friends at his side and after a courageous battle with cancer Jose went to eternal rest at the age of 71. Jose was predeceased by his father Manuel Botelho and his mother Maria do Espirito Santo Luis. Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife Maria; children, Connie, Maria, Manuel (Charlene), Elley (David), Tony (Melanie), as well as 12 grandchildren, Nancy, Stacey, Dylan, Jeremy, Travis, Jessica, Melanie, Diana, Shawn, Skyler, Shayne, and the newborn Juliana, born on January 7, 2007. Also left behind his only sister Maria Raposo, husband Augusto and extended family in Winnipeg and in Sao Miguel Acores. He cherished the love of all his many nieces and nephews. Our family would like to send our heartfelt thanks to the many nurses and doctors at the St. Boniface Palliative Care for their excellent care they provided to Dad. Also a big thanks to all the nurses from Homecare Palliative Care for looking after Dad while at home. We thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. Dad, thank you for all your unconditional love, we will miss you greatly. Don't worry, as all the principles and values you have taught us will stay with us forever. You will always be forever in our hearts. DESCANSE EM PAZ Prayers are to be held on Thursday, January 11, 2007 at 8:00 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Parish, 181 Austin St. N. Mass of Christian Burial is to be held on Friday, January 12 at 10:00 a.m. also at church. Interment is to take place at Assumption Cemetery. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
