Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRHODA GRETA BOYDA With sadness, our family announces the passing of Rhoda Boyda on Tuesday, May 1, 2007 at the Riverview Health Centre at the age of 65 years. Remaining to forever cherish Rhoda's memory are her husband Jack; children, Carey (Amanda), Jackie (friend Gregg), Renee; grandchildren, Wyatt, Ashtyn, Bryce; sister Pat (Roland); brother Don (Jan); and special friends, Teryn, Keira, Taylor and Shawna McPhee. Rhoda was a long time resident of Headingley, and very involved in the community. Her infectious laugh could be heard at the Old Headingley Hall, whether for bridal showers, 4-H events or socials. She was a kind and generous lady who lived her life with dignity. A private burial service will be held at the Headingley Holy Trinity Anglican Cemetery. Friends are invited to join the family in a Celebration of Life for Rhoda at the Headingley Community Centre, 5353 Portage Avenue, Headingley, on Saturday, May 5, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. Thank you to all the care givers at the Grace Hospital, Health Science Centre and to Dr. Ilse. Special thanks to the staff of 2E at Riverview Health Centre where she resided for the past three and a half years. To her pen pal Donna Collins of Thunder Bay, ON; Thank you for your many letters that brightened up her days. Thank you to Rhoda's many friends and relatives for your love, support and visits. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Rhoda's memory to the Headingley Community Trust Fund, 5353 Portage Avenue, Headingley, MB R4H 1J9.
