BETTY LINDA BRANDSON On Saturday, June 30, 2007 Betty Brandson of Winnipeg, formerly of Swan River, passed away peacefully at the age of 76 years, at Riverview Health Centre. Betty was born in Swan River on August 30, 1930 to the late Dorothy Linda (Duggleby) and James Murray Hogg. Betty is survived by one daughter, Kathy (Barry) Eggie; two sons, Donald (Cathy) and Gordon Brandson; one sister Monica Gamble; one brother Bruce (Darlene) Hogg, and partner Stanley Bereza; three grandchildren, Dylan, Erika and Koryn Brandson; one aunt, Edith Hanson, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Memorial services will be held at St. Andrew's United Church, Swan River, on Friday, July 6, at 2:00 p.m. Interment of ashes will be at Fairdale Cemetery, Big Woody. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Victoria General Hospital Foundation, 2340 Pembina Highway, Winnipeg, MB R3T 2E8, or a charity of your choice.
