I spent countless hours on the Manaigre farm throughout my childhood, teenage years, and into adulthood. I remember those long harvest days that stretched late into the night—Aline would show up with roasters full of cheeseburgers for us, which always hit the spot. She played a big role in the operation, making trips into Brunkild for parts and keeping everyone well fed.
