Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGLORIA FLORENCE EDMONDS (nee NEWMAN) It is with broken hearts we announce the sudden passing of Gloria on Saturday, December 5, 2009. Known by some as Mrs. Shadow , Gloria is survived by her husband of 58 years Bob Shadow Edmonds, and three children Deborah (Ian), Bob and Noel (Fearn). Born in Winnipeg April 7, 1933 Gloria's greatest joy was her family and her precious cats, Jeremiah and Kiwi. She was our rock and protector and now our Guardian Angel. She enjoyed the simple things in life; bingo nights with Bob, feeding her birds and walks with her neighbourhood friends. Gloria touched the lives of all she met and will be sadly missed. A memorial gathering will be announced at a later date. Flowers are gratefully declined. Mom was a great lover of all animals and particularly cats and as an expression of sympathy donations in Gloria's memory may be sent to Quagga Stray Cat Rescue, 970 St. Mary's Road, Winnipeg, R2M 3R8.
