EVAN TAYLOR CARMICHAEL September 1, 1979 December 9, 2009 If love could have saved you, you would have lived forever. With his family by his side Evan Taylor Carmichael was granted peace after a courageous battle with cancer at the Southwood Hospice in Calgary, Alberta, at the age of 30. Lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his mother, Deborah Knott, father, Neil Carmichael, sister Brandy Carmichael, niece Summer Hamilton, his grandmothers, Emily Knott, and Gertrude Carmichael, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins, close friends, Leo Belcourt, Tammy Thompson and Pravi Dhami, and countless other family members and friends. Evan was predeceased by both his grandfathers, Robert Carmichael and Conrad Knott. Our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to Foothills Hospital, the Tom Baker Cancer Centre, as well as all of the nurses, doctors, staff and friends at Southwood Hospice for their loving care and support at the end of Evan's life. A Celebration of Evan's life will be held at a Private Residence on Saturday, December 12, 2009, at 6:00 p.m. in Calgary, Alberta.
