Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGUY RICHARD BOWLER It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Guy Bowler at the age of 56 years on December 28, 2009. Guy is survived by his mother Doreen, father Glenn, sisters Glenna, Kim, and LeeAnn, and brother Troy; as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers Greg and Garvin. Guy was blessed to have had many great friends in Winnipeg who were all very supportive and helpful with his fight against cancer. LeeAnn and Glenna would like to express a special thank you to Dennis and Elaine, who without them we couldn't have made it through the final days. As requested by Guy there will be no funeral. I met Guy in Thompson in May 1973 when I was 19 and he was 21. I was head-over-heels in love with him. Our relationship ended in September 1974. The 16 months we were together were among the happiest in my life. He was a wonderful young man who I remember with great fondness. I would very much like to talk to you, Glenna and/or LeeAnn and share some memories with you.
