FRIEDA BRANDT-BRERETON January 5, 1946 - March 18, 2010 Peacefully on Thursday, March 18, 2010, Frieda passed away, after a battle with cancer at St. Boniface Hospital with family by her side. Frieda will be lovingly remembered by husband, Ron, children Lori (Joey), Kelly (Vasco), Tom, Ron (Karen) and Jo-Anne (Pat), nine grandchildren, sisters, brothers, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Frieda was predeceased by parents and sister Lili. Memorial service will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd., (south of the Royal Canadian Mint) with interment to follow in Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. The family wishes to thank Misericordia Place, Level 3, and St. Boniface Hospital 6th floor for their care and compassion.
