RALPH FRANK BOOTHROYD Peacefully on September 11, 2010, Ralph passed away at Tuxedo Villa at the age of 74. He is survived by his cousins, Marlene (Garry) Porteous, Bill (Louise) Kidd and good friend Brian Charles Rountree. He was predeceased by his mom and dad Frank and Viola Boothroyd. Ralph was born, September 20, 1935 in Winnipeg. Ralph was raised in St. James, going to Linwood and St. James Collegiate and went on to the University of Manitoba. He worked 31 years at Canada Post. Ralph was a big man with a big heart. He was generous to his family and friends. Your word and a hand shake was all that was needed for him to trust you. Ralph loved to read history and military books and had a large library on the subject. He loved good restaurants, food and shopping. Thanks to Home Care Starbuck. Having his girls come in four times daily allowed him to stay in his home for a lot longer. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you Station 3, Tuxedo Villa, you are special people.
