GRAHAM WILLIAM PRINCE, SR. It is with sadness that we announce that on Thursday, December 2, 2010, Graham William Prince, Sr., passed away after a long battle with cancer. Graham Sr. was predeceased by his parents, Ernest and Betty. Graham will be remembered by his wife Hedy (nee Griffin); their children, Graham Jr., Tanya, Jason and granddaughter Sydney (Munro), Trudy and Billy, caregiver and special friend Carol Burrows, friends and relatives. Graham moved to Canada with Hedy in 1974 from Crewe, Cheshire, England and spent the next 32 years in Winnipeg. In 1996 Graham returned to England when it was discovered he needed a kidney transplant, after receiving his new kidney it was discovered he had cancer. Throughout his brave battle with cancer while living in England he kept in constant contact with his family, talking for hours on the phone. The trips that his family made over to see him during those years will always be remembered. A private celebration of Graham's life will be held by his family on December 6. Special thanks go to Carol Burrows and the British medical system for taking such great care of Graham during his battle with cancer. Dad, you will be in our hearts and minds every day and always. We love you Dad.
