Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCLARENCE EDWARD (TEASER) TITCHKOSKY 1929 - 2011 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Clarence Titchkosky, aged 82 years of Morden, MB, on Monday, December 5, 2011 at Boundary Trails Health Centre. He will be remembered and forever missed by his loving wife of 61 years, Earla, his children, Debbie Hodgson (Brian), Lori Robinson (Bruce) and Shelly Love (Ron), his grandchildren, Linsey (Ryan), Evan, Trent, Brett, Leah, Riley and Luke, his sisters-in-law, Elsie Titchkosky, Helen Rufelds, his brothers-in-law, Carl Rufelds and Jake Wall and many nieces, nephews and good friends. Clarence was predeceased by his parents, William and Wilhelmine, 16 older siblings and a granddaughter, Kyla. Clarence lived his entire life in the Morden area, a community he was deeply proud to call home. He was a lifelong farmer, whose blood ran John Deere green! Clarence also enjoyed a very rewarding career with the Assessment Branch in Morden. He so enjoyed the fellowship he shared over the years with his coworkers. Teaser, as he was known to his friends was always very involved in his community through his church, Kinsman and the K-40. Some lifelong friendships developed through those connections for both Teaser and Earla. While he enjoyed the occasional golf game with friends and family, curling was his passion both as an avid competitor and in later years, as a fan. During the last number of years, Clarence was an active member at the Morden Friendship Centre. There he enjoyed playing pool with his buddies, the wonderful lunchtime dinners served by Elma and his volunteer cleanup duties. Clarence's pride and joy were his three daughters and he attentively watched over them and his grandchildren throughout his life. Dad lived his life with great determination and discipline and showed us all a fighting spirit that few could match. Viewing will be on Friday from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Wiebe Funeral Chapel, 1050 Thornhill St. in Morden. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Paul's United Church, 353 Thornhill St. in Morden with interment at Hillside Cemetery in Morden. The family would like to express our sincere thanks to Dr. Bob Menzies, the homecare staff, friends, family and neighbours who have supported us through a very difficult time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Clarence's memory to either the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba or the Morden Friendship Centre, available at the church.
