ROY RAFLANT April 23, 1934 - December 23, 2011 Peacefully, on December 23, 2011, Roy Raflant passed away with family by his side at the age of 77 years. Roy leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife, Katheleen Raflant; his children, Brian, Lois, Donna, Gregg, Pam (Pasquale); grand-children, Kevin, Jo-anne, Richard (Kim), Chantel (Mike), Ryan and Danielle; and great-grandchildren, Taylor, Noah, Brody and Zachary. He was predeceased by his father Frank; mother Mary; son Leslie and granddaughter Nicole. Roy grew up in Stonewall and accomplished many great things, such as, running his own business for 32 years, and was a volunteer for the local fire department. He enjoyed hockey, boating, hunting and spending lots of quality time with his family. Well known and liked in the community, Roy was an amazing guy with a big heart. Memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, January 5 at the MacKenzie Funeral Home in Stonewall.
