PATRICIA (TISH) ANNE JOHNSON On January 3, 2012, our beloved Tish passed on, after a private but valiant battle against cancer. She fought bravely until the end, but a cure was not to be. Tish was born February 9, 1962, in Pickle Crow, Ontario, daughter of Edwin and Anna Johnson, who have predeceased her. She is survived by her devoted husband, Michael, and her precious children Steven, Caleb, and Anna. Words cannot describe how proud Tish was of her family, and she shared their achievements with us all. Tish will also be greatly missed by her siblings, Gordon and Glenna, Beverley and Bill, Shelley, Neil and Laura, Edna, Brenda, Arthur and Colleen, Tracey, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins, too numerous to mention, but who were all a huge part of Tish's life. She was godmother to her nieces Courtenay and Dana. Mike's parents, Helen and Martin Wade, his sisters Sheila and Lee, Sherry and Jeff, will also miss Tish in their lives. Tish was a friend to so many, too many to name, but you all know how special you were in her life. She will be missed by co-workers past and present in Lac du Bonnet, Clandeboye, and Red Lake, Ontario. At the time of her illness, Tish was employed at Ducks Unlimited. Our thanks go out to the nurses and staff at Selkirk General Hospital, for their care of Tish's needs, and their compassion towards the family at this difficult time. Cremation has taken place. A service will be held at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 6088 Hwy 9A in Selkirk (just south of Gerdau Steel) on Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Stan Richards officiating. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Children's Wish Foundation or a children's charity of your choice. Rest in peace, you will be forever in our hearts and in our thoughts, and we will miss you always. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements. www.gilbartfuneralhome.com
