Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryNORMA KATHLEEN SANDERS June 6, 1933 - January 7, 2012 It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Norma Sanders at the age of 79. Norma was born in Fort Frances, Ontario, she spent many of her early years working throughout Ontario then coming to Winnipeg. Later in her life she worked for the Good Earth Restaurant, and then proceeding to The Ranch House Restaurant, she also spent many years working with her son Cory at Prairie Aviaries. One of Norma's favourite pastimes early in life was bowling, later that pastime became her Saturday outings to play bingo with her sister Edna. She was a quick witted woman with a great love for life and her family. Norma was predeceased by her father George, mother Ettie, spouse John, and son Cory. She will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by her son Shawn, daughter Nicole, grandchildren Ryan, Tyler, Cheyanne, Kayla, Cyrus, and Cory, sister Edna, nieces Darcy and Bridgette, and numerous cousins and friends. In respect of Norma's wishes cremation has already occurred and interment will follow at a later date. The family would like to thank everyone for their sympathy and concern during this difficult time. www.kilcollinscremationservice.com

Grandma. As we’re nearing 12 years without you I still catch myself calling your old number to listen to your voicemail to hear your voice once more. I’m still not able to accept the fact you’re gone. I miss you so dearly. I miss our memories I miss you. I miss our bingo nights growing up I miss your back scratches/rubs .. I wish my kids would’ve got to know you and love you just as much as me. I love you so much. Until we meet again grandma 😭💔 - Posted by: Cheyanne Lenz (Granddaughter ) on: Dec 30, 2023
